The Sierra Leone Premier League Board (PLB), in an email addressed to both Mount Aureol SLIFA and Bullom Stars, has confirmed the participation of 16 teams, including Bullom Stars, in next season’s Premier League, leaving Mount Aureol SLIFA out of the competition.

The decision comes amid SLIFA’s ongoing concerns regarding its relegation and the handling of the disputed fixture involving Bullom Stars.

It could be recalled that the SLFA Appeals Board, in an earlier verdict, recommended a replay between Bullom Stars and Mount Aureol SLIFA following the dispute surrounding the fixture.

However, SLIFA has reportedly expressed dissatisfaction with the subsequent handling of the matter and has maintained its position regarding the decision.
