Newly promoted side Western United will begin their first league campaign by travelling away to defending champions Bo Rangers on October 10.

Chairman Kasho’s new boys Waterloo FC start with a tough test away to Bullom Stars, while last year’s runners-up East End Lions begin with a mouth-watering derby home fixture against their bitter rivals Ports Authority.

Bai Bureh Warriors will entertain Wusum Stars at home in Port Loko, and some of the other eye-catching opening weekend fixtures include Star Sports Academy travelling away to Diamond Stars and Bhantal hosting Wilberforce Strikers in Freetown.

FC Kallon will host Old Edwardians in Angola Town, while Kamboi Eagles host Mighty Blackpool in Kenema.
