The Internal Elections Management Committee (IEMC) of the All Peoples Congress Party (APC) has declared all duly nominated and verified candidates who faced no opposition as duly elected to their respective District Executive positions.

In a notice dated 25th September 2026 and signed by the National Coordinator, Haji Hassan Kamara Esq., the IEMC stated that the declaration follows the successful completion of the nomination, verification and objection processes for the pending District Executive Elections.

According to the Committee, candidates declared elected unopposed will not be required to participate in the polling process scheduled for Sunday, 27th September 2026.

The IEMC further disclosed that the full list of all candidates elected unopposed is attached to the declaration for public information.

The Committee called on all candidates, party officials, election personnel, observers, security personnel and other stakeholders to respect and give effect to the declaration.

The IEMC reaffirmed its commitment to conducting, supervising and managing the internal elections in accordance with the APC Constitution and applicable IEMC election procedures.
